Pretty little liars first two episodes rewatch thoughts:

Something about late 2000s/early 2010s fashion is fascinating to me. Like they love their layers upon layers (in terms of clothing and jewelry), funky patterns, and colors that are somehow vivid yet dull at the same time.

It’s funny what I do vs what I don’t remember about this show. Like I can’t believe I didn’t remember that Hannah’s mom slept with a detective to get her out of trouble for shoplifting as they announced that they found Alison’s body on the news. Like sir don’t you have a murder to solve??? He’s just so creepy he needs to arrest himself.

Also the way the show makes you think that it was a one time thing but then the detective shows up with take out like him and Hannah’s mom have been going steady for weeks despite them seemingly never have been on a real date. 🙃 Plus Hannah’s mom making him eggs even though she never cooks like… it’s so deeply icky

Ezra and Aria are actually so tough to watch. 🙃 When they attend Alison’s funeral him and aria are alone in the church stairwell and they were discussing how they can’t be together and how that’s extra painful on top of the fact that her best friend died and after Aria says they should be over in order to not jeopardize his career he decided to make out with her anyway even though she’s in an extremely vulnerable state and they only had one brief conversation at a bar (that was mostly lies and them finding out they have similar music taste) and then making out in the bar bathroom. 💀 they are acting like they have such a connection but they know literally nothing about each other aside from the fact they know they can’t be together. 🙄

Continuing on from my last point it’s the same in episode two: Aria decided to try and transfer out of his class because it’s wrong for them to be together but then her transfer request got denied so I guess they both quietly agreed that this was okay but they were still trying to set boundaries. Then they run into each other at the movie theater but Aria’s mom is there and despite there being a seat on either side of them of course he picks the one beside aria and her mom whispers to her about how he’s cute. 💀 then later in the episode Aria is walking home in the rain and of course Ezra happens to drive by (like he is borderline stalking her imo) and he opens the door for her and they make out in his car. They once again talk about how they have so much in common and they can’t stand to be apart from each other even though they’ve never actually had a real “get to know you” type of conversation. 🙄

I hate that Spencer’s secret (well let’s be real all of the secrets aren’t really worth black mailing a 16 year old for tbh and Emily’s feels particularly nasty to blackmail someone for because she’s literally just a lesbian. 💀 at least if aria’s secret got out it would force Ezra away from her which would actually be good for her + although the way A comes after Hannah with the fat phobia is nasty at the very least I can understand why you’d use shoplifting against her because it’s not like she’s broke) is about her crushing on her sister’s boyfriends when they’re like at least 22 and she’s 15/16… like maybe Spencer’s sister should stop dating men that are creeps 🤷‍♀️ like sure Spencer does flirt back but an adult should never reciprocate and should tell the teenager to stop!!!

Tbh I don’t have much to say about Emily’s life so far except that I forgot that her boyfriend is played by the same actor who plays Ben on Yellowjackets lmao

“Okay, can you stop with the—” Stiles gestures in the direction of Lydia’s face, narrowing his eyes slightly “— the judgmental expression? It’s getting on my nerves.” And his poor nerves have certainly seen better days. 

Lydia merely huffs out a breath and crosses her arms on the table. Just because she's hiding her eyes behind oversized sunglasses doesn't mean Stiles didn't notice her eyes boring into his soul. It's nothing new. She's been staring at him for the past week as if her judgement would somehow make him change his mind. 

Stiles thought they all agreed on giving Theo a chance without the option of allowing him to get into his pants — or his head. Neither will be good for anybody. Theo is a little too talented at getting into his head, mostly because he’s way too accepting of the darkness lurking just underneath his skin. It’s what makes him infuriatingly appealing. It’s what makes Stiles want to give in. However, Theo’s made sure Stiles knows why he’s come back, or rather, who he’s come back for. It’s easy to believe him. Trusting that he has changed his mind after everything that happened, that’s the real issue.

But Stiles isn’t here because he’s part of the pack. Stiles isn’t here because he’s a member of any pack in Beacon Hills. He’s here because Scott needs leverage over Theo, and he isn’t even trying to be subtle about it. Stiles agreed to come here to keep the peace. If they work together, they are capable of making sure the town is protected. As much as he hates Beacon Hills, it’s his home, his father’s home, and the home of people he cares about. 

At this point, having Theo on their side has more advantages than disadvantages. 

He props his chin on his hand, watching Scott pace back and forth while Theo is standing his ground, arms crossed over his chest. The posture and black v-neck make him look hotter than he’s got any right to be — it makes him look more like an alpha than Scott could ever be. It’s ridiculous.

It’s fucking ridiculous.

“You’re staring,” Lydia informs him. 

Stiles all but jumps to his feet. “I need another coffee.” He snatches his empty cup, glancing one more time in Theo’s direction — this time, the chimera is looking back at him. Judging by the smirk, he’s very much not listening to anything Scott is telling him right now. Stiles hates how it gets to him. 

Because it shouldn’t. 

Huffing out a breath, Stiles slips into the McCall house. Liam and Mason are looking at him then back outside before putting their heads together again. Stiles has no clue what these two are planning — at this point he’s too scared to ask because they've been doing it for weeks — but they’re better company than Lydia recently because they are not trying to make him realise that dating Theo could actually be a good thing. Because it’s not. Not at all. He loves Lydia, he really does, but sometimes he wished she’d shut up about Theo. The fact that she’s a hopeless romantic is fucking obscure. The world is not a fucking Disney movie. She, out of all people, should know that. Love doesn’t magically fix everything and nothing is solved by the power of friendship. People lie, even to those they claim to love — and sometimes an apology doesn’t glue the trust back together that’s been shattered into a thousand pieces. 

Life just doesn’t work that way. 

He walks into the kitchen, narrowing his eyes slightly at the sight of the almost empty coffee pot. If he’s lucky, he’ll get half a cup out of that. Beautiful. Mason and Liam had one job. Just one. 

And yet. 

Stiles agreed to come to this stupid meeting, knowing full well he’s just here as bait to lure Theo into agreeing with everything. It’s not going to work. Theo isn’t stupid, and he knows most likely better than anyone else that this is nothing more than a charade. He’ll play along until he gets bored or reaches whatever goal he’s got in mind. The consequences of either outcome are a little scary to think about. 

All he asked for was not having to talk to the chimera and a never-ending supply of coffee. Is that too much to ask for?

“I doubt the coffee pot will magically refill itself by glaring at it.” 

“Please,” Stiles whispers, closing his eyes, and takes a deep breath, “shut up.” Being with Theo in one room may not be the last thing he needs right now, but it’s certainly pretty close to it. There are too many people in his head, attempting to tell him that he’s been right about Theo’s motives, but now he’s wrong because now there are feelings involved. 

Whatever those feelings may be. 

Stiles is pretty certain not a single person in this house had a conversation that really mattered with Theo. He spent hours in a car with Theo. He was the one who ran around Eichen House trying to find Lydia with Theo. He was the one who was allowed a glimpse behind the curtain. If anybody here knows how Theo truly ticks, it’s Stiles — and he really doesn’t need anybody to tell him otherwise. 

“I’m just saying,” Theo mutters, and to Stiles’ delight, he does sound a bit annoyed, “I came here in hopes to find coffee because it seems like Scott is trying to talk me into a coma.” 

That wouldn’t be the first time. Stiles runs a hand over the back of his nose. “You could just agree with him.” That way, they could all go their different ways and Beacon Hills would be more or less protected from whatever madness is army-crawling their way towards them right this very second. 

“I will,” Theo agrees, reaching for the coffee pot still in Stiles’ hands. “For the right incentive.” 

Stiles opens his eyes as fingertips carefully brush over his skin. It’s easy to forget how soft Theo’s hands can be — so much softer than you’d think from someone who rips other people’s throat out like it’s nothing. They’re also still touching. Because Theo didn’t pull his hands away, and he certainly didn’t take the coffee pot. Stiles doubts this has been his intention in the first place. Biting his bottom lip, he looks up and meets Theo’s eyes. 

Fuck. 

Theo’s smile causes his eyes to crinkle just a little. They’re bright too. His whole expression is painfully soft, and Stiles hates it. So much. So much more than he can put into words. Because Stiles has carved himself a place in this world, a place for after the McCall pack. He is still close to Lydia, Liam continues to care for him in a way that's not entirely unlike a brother, Kira remains his friend, but overall, Stiles is alone. He's accepted this part of himself, the darkness he cannot quite suppress — not after what happened to Donovan. After the initial shock of being without a pack, Stiles found a place for him in the shadows of Beacon Hills. He's content there. He's okay.

Theo's smile, however, is a promise to belong somewhere exactly the way he is; flawed and dangerous, loyal yet distrustful, ready to do what's necessary. Still, Stiles doesn't trust Theo, not entirely, not the way he should in order to join him or his pack. His words play on repeat. I came for Void Stiles. It doesn’t leave him alone. The words. The thought. The fact that Theo, despite offering him a place, didn’t come back for him. He came back for a version of himself Stiles will never become again. The nogitsune is gone forever. 

And it’s going to stay gone. 

“Stiles,” Liam pops into the kitchen, eyes narrowing immediately when he spots them standing close together. This isn’t the first time it happened, so Liam’s reaction is as predictable as they come. Within the blink of an eye, the young wolf is right next to him. His glare is fixed on Theo, and the low rumble in his chest has Theo chuckling. 

He pulls his hands away, however, and crosses his arms. “What?”

“You know what.”

While Liam is glaring at Theo, and Theo is regarding the other boy with distinct amusement, Stiles decides he should probably busy himself with making coffee. This is a bomb waiting for a fuse, and Stiles is not going to be the one to light it. He will stay far, far away from this mess. The last thing he needs is being in the middle of whatever war these two have going on. 

“Leave him alone,” Liam orders in a low voice. 

Theo scoffs. To no surprise. Out of everyone here, Theo would be the last person anybody is able to boss around. Maybe it’s pride, or perhaps he’s just insanely stubborn; alpha or no alpha, Theo doesn’t listen to anybody. 

Shutting the water off, Stiles studies the coffee pot. 

No, that’s not entirely true. 

“Stiles?”

Fuck. 

“I said you should leave,” Liam interjects, and Stiles wonders if he knew the influence Theo and Stiles have on each other. It wouldn’t come as a surprise. Liam sees more than he lets on, and since Theo isn’t exactly trying to keep whatever is going on between them under wraps, Liam most definitely knows something. Just like Lydia does. At least, Liam isn’t fucking annoying about it. 

Theo lets out an audible breath. “I’m pretty sure Stiles can make decisions for himself,” he says in a low voice, sounding actually angry for the first time in a while. “Once he stops hiding behind the coffee pot.” 

Huffing, Stiles puts the pot down and turns around. “What?”

Theo holds his gaze, expression now very guarded. “Do you want me to go?” He crosses his arms over his chest. “I’ll go if you want me to.” There’s a poignant pause, one that hangs very heavy in the air. “And I’ll stay gone.” For good. The words are poison between them, making it suddenly very hard to breathe or even think. 

Despite knowing that this moment would come eventually, Stiles really hoped he’d have a lot more time. But it’s not like he can drag Theo along forever. He will have to give at one point, and if he doesn’t do it now— 

“Stiles,” Theo whispers, all the heat gone from his tone, “do you want me to leave?”

Stiles swallows around the lump in his throat. They’re both looking at him, quietly, almost judgemental in Liam’s case. Stiles never bothered to be unreadable, but he certainly doesn’t enjoy being an open book. He really wishes his lack of response could be read any other way than what it means. Pressing his lips together, Stiles runs a finger along the edge of the coffee pot. “You know—”

Theo cuts him off, “I wanna hear you say it.”

Stiles licks his lips. “Don’t—” the words get stuck in his throat. This is going to be a decision that will change his life. It’s a scary thought. Having Liam and Theo stare at him doesn’t make it any fucking easier either. He crosses his arms over his chest and pulls his shoulders up. “Don’t go.” On a second try, the words roll over his tongue so much easier than he expected. 

“What?” Liam widens his eyes. 

“Okay,” Theo says, lips curling into a small smile. “I’ll stay.”

Liam’s head whips around. For a moment, he’s staring at Theo without saying a single word. Then he takes a step forward, getting right in Theo’s highly amused face. “Break his heart, and I’ll mail yours to the first wendigo I can find as a Christmas present.” 

Theo raises his brows and his gaze flicks from Liam to Stiles and back again. Although he doesn’t step back — after all, he’s never been one to back down from a challenge — he does seem to take Liam’s threat seriously enough. “I’ll keep that in mind.” 

“You better, Raeken.” After one more not particularly thrilled look shot in Stiles’ direction, Liam turns on his heels and stalks out of the kitchen. It’s not too surprising that Liam isn’t jumping for joy after the shit Theo’s pulled. 

Stiles curls his fingers into his sweater, eyeing Theo a little warily. The world has not yet burned down, so perhaps this was the right decision to make. “What happens now?” 

“I’d like to get out of here.” Theo offers his hand, smiling a way that makes Stiles’ heart and resolve melt so much faster than he’d like to admit. Everything it took was an ultimatum, everything it took was Theo telling him he would leave if Stiles told him to. But a life without Theo in it just doesn’t seem to be possible. 

It’s something Stiles doesn’t even want to imagine. 

Taking a deep breath, Stiles grabs Theo’s hand. “Yeah,” he says softly, “let’s get out of here.”

PANIC PANIC PANIC I've got a job interview tomorrow 💀

It's a teaching job in an open university where I myself studied for a semester some ten years ago and I'm actually interested and excited about the opportunity because I'd gain teaching experience on yet another level of education, but that's also exactly the reason why I'm shitting myself as we speak, because I just spoke on the phone with one of the people interviewing me tomorrow (she was my teacher there too and she's so so sweet) and she told me there'll also be some "substance questions", i.e. content questions about some of the stuff I'd be teaching. They're basic level university courses, so rather different from the stuff I've been teaching recently (high school), and while I obviously have studied all that myself back in the day (and gotten decent grades for them too), I'm so so scared that they'll ask me something I know / can't remember shit about. Logically thinking I know they won't be asking anything extremely specific, but that only makes it harder to prepare myself for those questions in any way, because I simply cannot know what I'll be asked. Either I'll know it or I won't?? 🤷‍♀️ I know this may sound like a 'problem solved' kinda situation lol but it's actually the opposite: there are MANY problems in fact and there's NOTHING I can do about it and I will likely make an absolute fool of myself and cry all the way home because I'm not good or smart enough for anything 😐

Fuck, even the 'tell us a little about yourself' part in the beginning of the interview scares the shit out of me. How on earth am I supposed to talk about myself in a positive light when I feel like I'm not good at anything ever and I'm so goddamn ashamed of myself that I feel extremely uncomfortable talking about anything related to myself? Who am I to tell them they should hire me, when the honest answer is that they'd be way better off with literally anyone else? (okay fiiiiiine maybe not literally anyone else lol but you know what I mean 🙄)

I fucking hate job interviews so insanely much, because some of the questions are just impossible to predict, and then I look like an idiot because I have no answer ready or can't think of one in the moment. This is extremely frustrating, because I know I'd benefit from preparing answers to some questions beforehand, and of course there are certain questions I can safely expect them to ask, but I also know there'll be so many questions I won't have been prepared for at all, and those are the ones that stress me out the most, because I have frozen during interviews before when they asked me something and I didn't know what to answer. I know in some cases they're not necessarily that interested in the contents of my answer, but as I told you in the first paragraph (lol congrats if you're still reading), THIS particular interview WILL apparently include questions SPECIFICALLY about the contents of the courses I'd be teaching 🙃

However, it's a part-time job (which I actually wouldn't mind, despite being paid less), so I want to believe they don't have that many applicants and that my chances are pretty good (especially since one of the interviewers knows me and I may have even been one of her favourite students hehe (joking, it's been ten years and stuff like this shouldn't affect their decision)). I really want this job, so that I won't have to feel like I'm a waste of space for at least until May next year (that's when the contract ends), please please pleeeeeeaaaase let things go my way for ONCE 🙏

(Please don't feel the need to interact, I'm mostly just venting and none of you won't be able to predict the substance questions in the interview any better than I can, but if you do want to reach out, know it's appreciated 💗 However... I don't want to seem ungrateful, because I really really do appreciate anyone who reaches out and I KNOW you only mean well, I really do!! 🥺 but please understand that I'm not venting because I'm feeling insecure and suffering from the imposter syndrome and just need a bit of encouragement and then I'll feel better about it. "You're an expert on your field, you got this" is an instinct response and yessss logically thinking it might even be true and I'm just stressing out over nothing, but when my genuine feeling about this is that I very much haven't "got this" at all, like, not even a little bit in the beginning, it's... not necessarily as encouraging as it may sound like? 😭 as I said, I knooowww you have good intentions, but you don't know what's inside my head, only I know what's in there, and I know it's nothing. In addition, please don't say "everything will be alright" because you can't know that?!? Yes, everything might go well and I might be hired, but it also might be a total disaster and I'll start crying mid-interview because I feel so incompetent. I can't know, you can't know, so let's just focus in the here and now, yeah? 😩

celebrimbor saying "I'm going to open a first age bottle" is yet another example of this story feeling like a TV show set in modern times except with a fantasy aesthetic, its hard to explain but it was such a normal TV show thing to do and say? these characters don't create an immersive reality, they just try to look like they live in one

Sauron playing Celebrimbor like a cheap whistle fiddle is the first interesting thing to happen this season, I hope it lasts for a bit because it looks like it could be a lot of fun!

at this point you gotta admire the creators' dedication to absolutely bizarre choices when it comes to sauron. 15 minutes in I'm already going what the hell and fuck. like what was that supposed to be. genuinely

Charlie Vickers has grown on me; he still doesn't have much to work with in terms of the script or the plot though

this whole introductory sequence was there....... I'm not sure why? we could already extrapolate all that, and I mean All That, from the previous season

it still pisses me off that Galadriel is The Main Idiot and Everything Is Her Fault

also, I am reminded by all the plot and worldbuilding choices that annoyed me before. why is mithril important for the elves' survival again?

this is a personal opinion but the elven women have wayyy too strong and modern-looking make-up

it's a shame galadriel gets the ring because she's power-hungry and reckless, not because she's one of the mightiest elves in middle-earth. she SHOULD be power-hungry, don't get me wrong, it's one of her best traits, but this way you don't put any sort of accent of how very important and mighty she is

sauron having a Badass Walk into mordor at the end of s1, which was a really cool shot to end a season on, only to then get himself in chains and then turn away and come back to Celebrimbor has got to be the most '???' moments of this show. they really have no idea what to do with him

overall I'd say my main gripe, apart from the plot solutions, is that this show doesn't have much to say. it's showy, it's lore-heavy (even if I don't like the lore they came up with), but so far it still has little heart and thought behind it. to me at least it doesn't feel like it really wants to tell you something

It's been a while since you sent this, I hope the cactus is still thriving (though I guess the cold isn't the best climate for a cactus)! And I dunno what you mean I think spit fyre and petroc are perfectly reasonable names. If you haven't got a name (and its still alive) I think it should be named stabby mcstabbyface

The lightly set on fire was because it we were trying experimental fyre spell designed to be strong enough to get tinder burning but then weak enough (and fast enough to burn out) so that it wouldn't injure someone too badly if they accidentally got hit with it. And funnily enough I accidentally got hit with it 🙃 and was lightly set on fire but it burned out really quickly and didn't cause any injuries, just a bit of stinging that was solved with cold water.

Magykal exhaustion is primarily physical with a healthy dose of brain fog to go alongside it - I dunno of you've ever had a migraine but marcia says it's very similar to the aftermath of one? Where the pain has gone but you're still not totally recovered yet?

Yeah, Marcia said one of the things she was worried about with the supreme custodian was that people would try out spells they weren't capable of doing safely and end up injured but thankfully (?) the custodians stamped out magyk outside of the tower enough that the only thing that really carried on were the basics and very well established stuff

Hmm there's some very weird stuff currently lining the long walk, it wouldn't surprise me if I could find a medieval torture rack somewhere in there🤔

and while he did create a human person who was GENERALLY enhanced he failed to create the ability he was trying for

so he deemed the kid a failed experiment and told one of his other scientists to get rid of her

this lady wasn’t about to kill a baby so she just kinda gave Hollister a name and dropped her off somewhere and went “BAM no longer my problem.”

now hollister is having a crisis bc turns out her entire life has been based on the fact that she wasn’t good enough which is her worst fear :/

so that’s fun

anyway once again they murder the shit out of the bad guys

hollister gets therapy and is no longer having a crisis and has actually started to accept herself MORE for who she is!

I love how both familiar and intimate and yet awkward they are with each other when she comes to his hotel room. She comes to him for comfort, he slips her shoes off as she slides without hesitation into his bed and then he wraps himself around her. But she also thanks him, because maybe this is still new, maybe being vulnerable with him like this, letting him take care of her like this is something they’re still getting used to.

Mulder: Looking at you tonight holding that baby... knowing everything that’s been taken away from you. A chance for motherhood and your health and that baby. I think that, I don’t know, maybe they’re right.... Maybe what they say is true, though for all the wrong reasons. It’s the personal costs that are too high. There’s so much more you need to do with your life. There’s so much more than this. Maybe she’s just upset at the thought of their work together ending, but I can never get it out of my head that he means that it’s time for her to move on, not for them to move on together. This is also the only episode in season 7 where Mulder’s behavior makes sense to me in the light of Mulder’s stupid brain disease - if he were really dying he would be (TELLING HIS DOCTOR!!) preparing Scully to move on from the X-Files, from him.

Mulder: There has to be an end Scully. And later, Mulder: It has to end sometime, and that time is now. It bothers me that he’s making that decision for her. The kind interpretation, at least in the first scene, is that he’s letting her off the hook, telling her that she won’t be abandoning him or letting him down by moving on. But in the second scene he’s drawing that line for her. I do like the symmetry of the moment in 11x09 Nothing Last Forever where Mulder says I’ve always wondered how this was going to end. And this time it’s Scully making that call and asking him to do it with her, together.

Why is the ABH so good at pretending to be Detective Miles and so bad at pretending to be Deputy Hoese? Maybe because he’s abducting her so once she lets him in it doesn’t matter if she believes it’s him 🤔

When I saw this when I was 15, during the original run, this ending - Mulder abducted, gasp! Scully pregnant, gasp! - took me from obsessed to OBSESSED. I remember reading all the online speculation and fic over that long summer and fall before the season 8 premier, there were some wild rumors out there about how they were going deal with DD’s absence - some of it was probably way better than what the show ended up doing. Sigh, good times.

This is such a wonderful story, and for a Namjoon enchanted peasant like me, this is such a blessing. Namjoon has such a powerful and enigmatic kind of vibe in here ( you might say obviously he's the next in line to be the Don hes supposed to be that way, but i think the way youve portrayed him makes it soooooo mysterious yet so powerful did it for me)

I love Nari too, damn she's got such sass and i love the fact that she doesn't back down, and keeps Namjoon absolutely on his toes while she expresses her displeasure over his "You can have anything from me but love" wtf!!!!!!! I can't wait to see this man losing his heart to her (please tell me does)

No, love 🥺 You don't sound dumb at all and I completely understand your curiosity considering I haven't spoken much about his life and thoughts from his point of view 😅 and I hate to admit it but there isn't a backstory necessarily but more like reasons behind his hesitance to love if that makes sense —questionably valid reasons, which I will talk about over the course of the story. It's not one huge event, but more smaller events that snowballed into him denying love for his partner and himself.

He's seen things around him and decided that no, love is too much —it gives too much and takes too much and I don't want it 🙂

I absolutely adore mafiatan!nari too —i remember the first trait I wrote for her personality was fiery. It's something that I remember everytime I write her —fiery, sweet and hopeful.

A lot of things Namjoon says really doesn't please Nari in the beginning —it crushes her hopes for future, you know. She doesn't like that he was talking like he knows nothing will come out of the matrimony. She wants to hope for something good and he was just dampening her blossoming hope, on the day they were engaged no less 😂

Namjoon does lose his heart to Nari. It's not like he has a choice 🤪 I love Nari too much to put her through any unrequited affection bullshit, but it's an odd way Namjoon handles things 🙃

At this point in the story, Namjoon definitely respects her —maybe even cares for her as his duty towards her as the husband but the affection isn't quite there yet 🙂 but it happens and it happens fast for them 😉

After every scene of the two together, I pray that people can sense the ✨tension✨

It's the effect of them knowing for years that they are going to be together while running in the same circles, being so close to each other and yet not being able to acknowledge the other and their impending relationship 🙄

It is bound to do something to people 🥴 for these two, it got them fired up and ready to explore the other 🤪 they just need the green light and alone time now 😂

As for the Don and Madam 🤩 They are some of my favourite side characters in the series —at this point actually, only favourite side characters. The Don is a very action-oriented man —he doesn't talk as much but he's really good at making a point with his actions, which might I tell you is a family trait with the Kims.

And yeah, I loved the idea of the Elites dancing with Nari to prove a point to someone unimportant too! I mean, I kinda was proud of myself for coming up with that and I know many others have far more grand ideas but I loved this one ♥️ I wish I could've written it better though because I don't feel like I did the scene enough justice 😅 I mean in a movie, that could be an iconic scene or maybe not and I'm just this too far 🤡 I mean, imagine the music, the grand dresses, the handsome men taking turns to dance with you but yeah, I love the scene, but I don't like how I wrote it 🙃 and this is a running theme —one elite fucks up, the remaining six will be there to fix it 😂

this is such… interesting energy that b.p has revolving around you. to be honest, shuffling the deck and trying to channel his energy is such a struggle because it’s almost like he refuses to talk about you due to  being so… restrained?? reserved?? like, cards spilled out but only very few got revealed. i get the sense that b.p, as a person, has severe issues distorting his relationships with control, so he keeps a lot of what he wants to say back. like, this is a very deep thinker with very little to say because of this distortion of control. intuitively, i’m guessing something might’ve happened in his family about that? like.. family trauma? or religious thinking?

god, the more i look at the devil card, the more i think there’s like.. a strong influence around him (i hesitate saying it’s a third-party but whoever/whatever it is is being personified here) that’s causing him to stay away from you. he views you as the “devil”??? almost?? like, you unlock something really deep in him that he has no idea he had within him and it’s like he’s scared to confront that due to his need for control + emphasized by the fact his religious beliefs taught him otherwise since young. it causes him to have some sort of bitter taste in his mouth and it manifests as him seeming somewhat volatile. also, i don’t know if the way he communicates is naturally reserved but he seems like one of those people who don’t have much to say, yet his words hold a lot of weight whenever he does choose to talk. and rn.. personally (this is from me, not from spirit lmfao), i don't think he feels secure enough to talk rn?
